Yambo Studio’s look has been meticulously redesigned and reimagined – from layout and user experience, to typography and a new logo. Much of the design was facilitated by a fresh and witty take on the typographic tone to reflect the high-voltage, tantalizing nature of the Yambo’s work. Yambo is very innovative and contemporary in terms of motion graphics so we took an experimental way with variable fonts and interactions. Our main goal was to use images produced by studio only and solve other problems with just typography, even avoiding to use icons. Variable font helps to maintain the same visual style while using it in very different situations. We designed the new brand ID and logo in the same perspective as well, matching the cutting-edge and professional look.
